How it works. The Estimator Org is a team of AI operators built on orgs.ai and trained to do an estimator's work, using vector geometry and independent recomputation.
Each org works to a written method. The method was built on real tender packs and corrected by domain experts. That is why it delivers the same quality on every pack.
A sizable amount of workflow and pipelining, guided by domain experts, has gone into reaching this level of performance.
Every figure it returns names the drawing and dimension it came from. Your estimator checks the work instead of redoing it.

Email a WeTransfer link of the drawings, specification and tender form. The measured bill, mark-ups and queries come back. Nothing to sign until you decide to carry on.
How to send the pack
A WeTransfer link to commercial.construct@inbox.orgs.ai, with the tender form in the same email. Any size. We confirm the file count and flag empty or unreadable files in the first return.
A view-only link to your tender folder on SharePoint, OneDrive, Google Drive or Dropbox. We pick up each revision from there.
Attachments do not work for packs.
Your documents stay yours. Orgs Construction is GDPR compliant: we process your documents under UK GDPR as your processor, use them only to work on your tender packs, and delete them when you ask. Prices exclude VAT.
